Project Overview

This project is a high-end residential apartment development completed in Beijing, China, in 2024 by MODCUBE, a shareholder and technology partner of AMGCUBE.

The development includes 900 apartments ranging from 140 to 280 square metres, distributed across 30 buildings of 4 to 5 storeys.

AMGCUBE HOMES’ interior prefabricated fit-out system was applied throughout the project, covering key elements such as flooring, ceilings, feature walls, kitchens, and bathrooms. Through this integrated construction approach, the entire project was completed in just six months, demonstrating the system’s efficiency at scale.

As AMGCUBE expands its operations in Australia, this project serves as a strong reference for the underlying technology. It shows that the system has already been extensively tested and validated in large-scale real-world applications, providing a solid foundation for delivering reliable, high-quality outcomes in the Australian market.
