01 Our thinking
Most homes are delivered as projects. We think they should be developed as products.
Built as one-off projects, homes solve the same problems again for every site. What is learned on one rarely survives into the next.
A product works differently. It is designed once, then refined with each version — what is resolved stays resolved.
02 Where value comes from
Design decides more than manufacturing does.
Offsite and modular construction are ways of making a home. They are means, not the point.
What makes a home good is settled before anything is made — how the plan works, how it sits on its property, how its details hold up in ten years. A well-made home from a poor design is still a poor home.
03 Where we are heading
Consistency belongs to the parts. Adaptation belongs to the property.
Learning from repetition does not mean every home is identical. We are working toward that, one project at a time — through the projects we deliver today.
Behind AMGCube
Led by Leon and Jason.
AMGCube is led by Leon and Jason, who remain directly involved in the planning, coordination and delivery of each project.
Their work brings together construction experience, product thinking and the lessons learned from each site.
