The project, in context.
The Oxley granny flat is a completed two-bedroom home on a Brisbane property, now open as our display home.
Inside, 80m² holds two bedrooms, one bathroom and an open-plan living area connected to the kitchen. Full-height glazing and a 2.7m ceiling keep the space bright and open, and a 70m² deck extends the living area outdoors.
The home is fully prefabricated: every component above ground level is made in the factory, then assembled on site. It is built on a heavy steel frame — a structural system usually reserved for commercial buildings and rarely used in housing — which gives the home long spans, a solid feel and lasting durability.
Built with a licensed Queensland building partner, the home is open for prospective clients to visit and walk through in person.
