Project Overview

This display home was delivered by AMGCUBE in collaboration with a licensed Queensland building partner. It demonstrates AMGCUBE’s granny flat design approach, prefabricated building system and local delivery process.

The home includes 80m² of internal space with two bedrooms and one bathroom, complemented by a 70m² outdoor deck. The open-plan living area connects with the kitchen, while full-height glazing and a 2.7m ceiling create a bright and practical living environment.
