Project Overview

A modern two-bedroom, one-bathroom granny flat with 80m² of internal space, complemented by a generous 70m² outdoor deck.

The open-plan living area connects seamlessly with the kitchen, while full-height glazing and a 2.7m ceiling create a bright, spacious, and comfortable living environment.

The entire home was completed in approximately 3.5 months, from foundation commencement in mid-June to final completion in late October 2025, demonstrating the efficiency of the AMGCUBE modular building system.
